Returns & Exchanges
Eligible products can be returned or exchanged within 3 days of receiving the order.
For size exchange, customers may exchange the same product for a different size within 3 days of receiving the order, subject to size availability.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be:
Unused and unwashed
Undamaged and in its original condition
Returned in the original packaging
Accompanied by all original tags and accessories
Returns or exchanges that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the order.
Supporting photographs or other information may be required to verify the issue.
Once the request is verified and approved, TruBear will arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable. Approved replacement requests will generally be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or rejected.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Refundable Charges
Shipping cost of Rs 100/- is Non Refundable, except where the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
