Payment Security
All online payments made on our website are processed through secure and trusted third-party payment gateways. TruBear does not store your card details, UPI IDs, or banking information on its servers.
Payment Confirmation
Once the payment is successfully completed:
- You will receive an order confirmation via email and/or SMS.
- If the payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed, the amount will be automatically refunded as per the bank’s processing timeline.
Failed or Pending Payments
In case of a failed or pending transaction:
- Please check with your bank or payment provider first.
- If the amount has been debited but the order is not placed, contact us at support@trubear.in with transaction details.
